Rappahannock Roofing Company, Inc.is a family owned and operated roofing contractor specializing in all aspects of 
commercial and residential roofing. Our focus is to provide new or replacement roof installation, maintenance, and repairs at a fair price and with complete customer satisfaction. We are members of the VARP (Virginia Association of Roofing Professionals) and have received several prestigious industry awards including Carlisle’s Excellence in Single Ply (awarded to a select 5% of Carlisle’s 2,300+ contractors), 250 Hall of Fame (awarded to contractors with more than 250 perfect installations), and the 2015 Perfection Award (which is given to it’s top 5% roofing contractors).
Rappahannock Roofing Company, Inc. was founded in 1968 and is a family owned and operated commercial and residential roofing contractor in the greater Fredericksburg, Virginia area under the current ownership since 1975. Our management team is David Janney (President & co-owner) and Christopher Janney (Secretary/Treasurer & co-owner). Both roofing professionals themselves, David and Chris oversee all roofing systems installations and repairs. Together with their team of fully trained, experienced, licensed, and insured roofing contractor employees, they ensure your roof installation and repairs are done correctly, and your daily operations are not affected as the work is done. All roof installations and repairs are covered by Workman’s Compensation Insurance and General Liability Insurance. We are a Class A contractor licensed in the State of Virginia with the following classifications: CIC, HIC, RBC, and CBC. We are also SWAM certified.
Safety is a top concern: our foremen and employees focus on safety and follow sound safety practices. We conduct weekly safety meetings to define and implement safe procedures for each work site.
We strive to take care of our clients’ needs and provide a variety of services from roof maintenance packages and repairs to new or full roof replacement projects. We have successfully installed over 8 million square feet of Carlisle or GAF single ply roofing in the Northern Virginia area of Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Hanover, Quantico, Triangle, Woodbridge, and surrounding areas.
